Merry Christmas everyone, this is my last month as your chapter director. The last three years have been very enjoyable to me. We have had a lot of fun and put some miles on the bikes. I'm not going any where, I will probably still be around just as much as I have been. I know sometimes I was pretty scarce. What can I say, I like to ride and travel to see places that I wasn't planning on and see the locations that I was planning on.
    I just got back from going to California to visit my Uncle. That trip let me know that I have a lot more places to ride to and need to spend more time.
    Help me welcome Ray Latta to the directorship of the chapter. I know he will do a good job for us. Ray has been a leader of the community in different aspects, having owned his own business and such.
    Now to the fun stuff. The chapter Christmas party will be Dec 10th at 7:00 PM at the Plaza, just like last year. We will play the same game as the past few years. That does seem to be a fun way to exchange gifts. Gifts need to be in the $10 area, non gender, and can be whatever you wish, from gift cards to motorcycle stuff. It does not have to be motorcycle related.
All the other fun stuff happening around our area will be past before the newsletter comes out. Some may be cancelled and rescheduled. The weekend weather is not looking good at this time. Looks like winter is trying to settle in to our area once again. Please keep an eye on emails that I may send out.
    Last, but so important: I want to thank my staff. I could not have done this without any one of you. Ya'll were my support group, my cheerleaders, and someone I could blame, (not really). I wish the chapter to give Ray's staff as much support as my staff. Staff is the body that gives you all the fun.
